Terms of Service
Effective date: June 20, 2026
These Terms govern access to and use of the PeptideSource website, catalog, account tools, purchase-list workflow, quality-document support, payment coordination, logistics support, and related B2B services.
1. Eligibility and Business Use
The site is intended only for qualified business, laboratory, research, distributor, institutional, or procurement users acting in a professional capacity. By using the site, creating an account, requesting documents, submitting a purchase list, or placing an order, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business or organization you identify.
We may refuse registration, document access, quotes, orders, shipment support, or continued service if we cannot reasonably verify buyer eligibility, business identity, payment integrity, destination compliance, or permitted use.
2. Research-Use Restriction
Products, materials, documentation, and catalog information are supplied for lawful research, laboratory, analytical, formulation, development, quality-control, or other qualified business purposes only, as permitted by applicable law.
Products are not offered or supplied for human consumption, veterinary use, clinical use, diagnostic use, therapeutic use, cosmetic injection, compounding for patient use, household use, food use, or any other unauthorized purpose. No statement on the site is medical advice, clinical guidance, treatment advice, dosing instruction, or a representation of health outcome.
3. Buyer Compliance Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for determining whether a product may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, transported, stored, handled, researched, resold, distributed, or used in the destination jurisdiction and under your intended business workflow.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including customs, import/export controls, sanctions, restricted-party rules, tax, hazardous-material, laboratory-safety, recordkeeping, licensing, registration, research, resale, and destination-specific requirements.
You must not use the site or products for unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, misleading, unauthorized, or prohibited purposes. You must not divert products to unqualified users or markets.
4. Accounts and Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration, business, contact, payment, consignee, and shipping information. You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account.
We may rely on the information you provide when reviewing eligibility, generating quotes, preserving order snapshots, preparing shipments, producing invoices or records, coordinating payment, and responding to support or document requests.
5. Catalog Information and Quality Documents
Catalog content may include product names, SKUs, sizes, purity targets, reference information, storage notes, pricing tiers, document availability, and public product descriptions. Catalog information is provided for procurement review and may be updated, corrected, withdrawn, or limited at any time.
COA, HPLC, MS, SDS, batch records, and related quality documents may be provided to qualified buyers for procurement and compliance review. Document availability may depend on product, batch, supplier, inventory status, order context, or internal review. We may restrict, watermark, log, or decline document access where appropriate.
6. Orders, Quotes, Pricing, and Availability
A purchase list, quote request, cart submission, payment instruction, or website confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of an order. Orders are subject to review, availability, buyer qualification, payment confirmation, compliance screening, destination review, and operational approval.
Prices, tier discounts, shipping charges, insurance charges, payment wallets, exchange rates, product specifications, and shipping details may be saved as an order snapshot at the time of order creation or operational confirmation. Later changes may require a revised quote or operational approval.
We may cancel, modify, split, delay, substitute, refund, or decline an order if products are unavailable, information is inaccurate, payment cannot be confirmed, destination risk is identified, compliance concerns arise, or fulfillment is not commercially or legally practicable.
7. Payment
You must follow the payment instructions provided for the specific order. Payment transaction identifiers, receipts, screenshots, wallet details, proof-of-payment files, and related communications may be reviewed for reconciliation, fraud prevention, audit, and dispute handling.
An order is not considered paid until payment is received and confirmed through our operational process. Network delays, third-party processor issues, incorrect wallet transfers, underpayments, overpayments, chargebacks, reversals, compliance holds, and fraudulent payments may delay or prevent fulfillment.
8. Shipping, Insurance, Risk, and Delivery
Shipping timelines, routes, carriers, insurance availability, customs handling, and delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing for the specific order. Delays may occur due to carrier operations, customs review, weather, holidays, regulatory inspection, address issues, payment review, document review, or other circumstances beyond our control.
You are responsible for providing accurate consignee, destination, import, and contact information. You are also responsible for destination-side duties, taxes, customs requirements, licenses, permits, broker requirements, import restrictions, and local compliance unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
Insurance or reshipment support, if offered, is subject to the terms confirmed for the specific order and may require timely notice, carrier evidence, customs records, photographs, receiving records, or other documentation.
9. Returns, Refunds, Replacements, and Disputes
Because products may be regulated, sensitive, batch-specific, temperature-sensitive, chain-of-custody dependent, or research-use only, returns may be restricted or unavailable after shipment unless expressly approved by operations.
Refunds, credits, replacements, reshipments, shortages, damaged-package claims, quality-document concerns, and order disputes will be reviewed based on the order snapshot, payment record, shipment record, product status, buyer communications, and available evidence. We may require supporting documentation before approving any remedy.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You may not misuse the site, interfere with platform security, scrape or harvest data without authorization, impersonate another party, submit false information, evade compliance review, access another account, reverse engineer protected systems, upload malicious code, or use the platform to facilitate unlawful transactions.
You may not copy, republish, resell, or commercially exploit catalog content, product descriptions, pricing data, quality documents, images, or platform materials except as reasonably necessary for your internal procurement review.
11. Intellectual Property
The site, catalog structure, text, graphics, images, software, workflows, trade names, branding, and other materials are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are transferred except the limited right to use the site for authorized business procurement purposes.
12. No Warranties
The site, catalog, products, services, documents, and information are provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and suitability for any specific research, regulatory, commercial, or destination use.
You are responsible for independent review, testing, validation, risk assessment, regulatory evaluation, and suitability determination before purchasing, importing, handling, storing, researching, distributing, or using any product.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideSource and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, punitive, lost-profit, lost-revenue, business-interruption, loss-of-data, regulatory, customs, import, seizure, delay, or reputational damages arising from or related to the site, products, orders, shipments, documents, or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim related to an accepted order will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless PeptideSource and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, suppliers, service providers, and affiliates from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information, prohibited use, unlawful import or use, regulatory non-compliance, resale or diversion, account misuse, or violation of third-party rights.
15. Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may update the site, catalog, prices, documents, policies, workflows, or these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, decline service, remove content, or cancel pending orders if we believe continued access creates legal, compliance, security, payment, operational, or reputational risk.
16. Governing Law and Legal Review
The final governing law, venue, arbitration terms, company entity, and jurisdiction-specific provisions should be confirmed based on the operating company and destination markets. The PeptideSource Shenzhen office address shown for business support and notices is Room 407, Building 5, Biomedical Innovation Industrial Park, No. 14 Jinhui Road, Jinsha Community, Kengzi Subdistrict, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.
17. Contact
For order, compliance, document, payment, or legal questions, contact PeptideSource through the contact channel shown on the site, through your assigned business-support representative, or through our Shenzhen office at Room 407, Building 5, Biomedical Innovation Industrial Park, No. 14 Jinhui Road, Jinsha Community, Kengzi Subdistrict, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China.
These Terms are drafted for a B2B research-material platform and should be reviewed against the final company entity, operating jurisdictions, product categories, payment methods, logistics workflows, and applicable legal requirements before public launch.
